Economic experts say economic growth is giving minimal effects to citizens

Economy expert Adrian Civici says that the crisis is over, but the growth is giving minimal effects.
Nikolin Jaka, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce, shares the same opinion and hopes that the tendency will continue in 2017.
But is this enough for improving citizens’ welfare?
“No, it is not enough. Albania needs an annual economic growth of 7% to 10% for at least one decade, so that we can see thorough economic development”, Civici said.
But how can this be achieved?
“We will create the right conditions to attract foreign and local investors, so that their money are invested in the Albanian economy”, Jaka said.
The economy is expected to grow with 3.7% in 2017, from 3.4% that it was in the past year.
