Easier procedures for recognizing foreign university diplomas

Students from foreign universities will be able to unify their diplomas at the
Albanian Ministry of Education through much easier procedures, using the
E-Albania portal.
“We have received 180 applications, since this portal was started. Every month there are 100 applications at the Ministry of Education. 1200 diplomas have been recognized, for students who were graduated abroad”, said the Minister of Education, Lindita Nikolla.
The Minister of Innovation, Milena Harito, valued the government reform for digitalizing many of the services offered to citizens.
“Our vision has been very coherent from the beginning. We need to improve all links, in order to offer better service to citizens. Part of this effort is certainly digitalization, the information technology that is made possible by the modernization of our state”, Harito said.
