Vlora’s main boulevard will have a new look, after an 8 million EUR project that will change its structure.
The works have started last year, and they should be over by the beginning of the new tourist season.
The 1.7 km long road segment will have wide sidewalks on both sides, paved by stones collected in Vlora’s surrounding regions. The boulevard will also have 650 decorative trees
