Dutch Judge talks about justice perception by Albanian people

Dutch Judge, Marc Bax, is working with Albanian judges for the Justice Reform, and the relations between Judges and the media.
“I learned a new expression yesterday in Korca. Albanians say ‘I won’t wish hospitals and courts even to my worst enemies’”, Bax said.
Albanian judges reacted by saying that this shows the level of courts in Albania, and the need for the justice reform.
However, Judge Asim Vokshi said that this expression derives from Bible stories, and it universal, not strictly Albanian.
Gerd Hoxha, Head of the Union of Judges, said that “the two main powers try to avoid their responsibilities by addressing to the third power, the Judiciary system, which has never had any institution on their defense.
