The heavy rains have brought back the flood problems in the Durres Beach area.
Residents complain that authorities are not doing anything to normalize the situation, making their daily lives very difficult.
Floods started years ago, right after the construction of two apartment buildings over the water collectors. Residents are thinking to take the situation under their control, since the authorities are not answering.
The water has even entered inside the homes, and makes it impossible for children to go to school.
The emergency headquarters will have a meeting this Monday, and they will engange the Drainage Board and other structures to resolve the situation.
