Durres Prosecution challenges verdict for releasing Lulzim Berisha

The Durres Prosecution of Appeal has challenged the freeing of Lulzim Berisha, known as the head of a notorious Durres gang.

The Prosecution of Appeal declared that the decision for freeing Berisha cannot be legitimized due to the nature of his crimes.

“It is also unjustifiable that his sentence was reduced”, says the Prosecution’s press release.
