Durres, four arrested on corruption charges

The Durres Police arrested four individuals on corruption charges, among them a driver from the Durres Municipality.

Engjell Taullaj and the other people who were arrested are suspected of working as corruption mediators with public officials.

Police is investigating the head of the Sheltering Office. Mediators intervened to illegally secure the “homeless” status and profit apartments.
