An explosive charge has damaged a building at the Tirana-Durres highway, last night at 22:00.
The building belongs to some brothers from Kukes. They have emigrated in England and used their revenues to invest in this building.
Police say that the explosive has caused material damage. Preliminary invesetigations show that the owners do not have any registered crime.
The investigations are focused on any possible claim on the ownership of the land, but banal motives are not excluded either.
