The Durres Court ruled in favor of the former Rrashbull Commune, Hysen Gashi. He was accused of giving 16 illegal permits.
The Durres Prosecution had requested 5 years in prison over power abuse at the tourist area of the Shkembi i Kajaves.
Gashi was accused with five other former officials of the Rrashbull commune, who were fouind guilty.
