Durres bad weather blocks ships

Bad weather in Durres is expected to get worse in the next 24 hours,
while the Port Captain says that the situation ahs forced all fishing
vessels to stay tied to the piers probably for the entire week.
Astrong winds did not stop operation of two big ships that are unloading iron in the port piers.
A storm is expected in the next days until midday.
