Arrested two months ago as the person suspected for intermediating a
murder attempt against MP Tom Doshi, the 36-year-old Durim Bami will now
return home with a house arrest, after the court decided the
assassination plot was made up. The same court left Bami in house arrest
since he is not considered dangerous.

“It was a delayed decision. This measure should have been given earlier’, declared Bami’s lawyer, Ilir Murati.

MP Tom Doshi was left free not long ago, with the obligation to appear at Court every Monday.

Mark Frroku is the third suspect and who is being held in prison, but for a crime that took place in Belgium.
