The Union for Human Rights Party denounced through a press release what
its leader calls a manipulation of the elections for Tirana Municipality.
“We are very concerned, because the positive aspects that we noticed on May 8th are fading, due to the blindness of Democratic Party militants at the Central Election Commission”, Dule emphasized.
He returned to his old proposition of creating a technical government that would organize early elections.
“The country needs a provisional government with a well-assigned mandate for the sole purpose of organizing early parliamentary elections”, Dule declared.
He also addressed to the issue of new birth certificates, contested by Greek minority association OMONIA .
“Denying this right is a flagrant violation of basic human rights”, Dule declared.
