The Minister of Energy and Industry, Damian Gjiknuri, said that the
government has prepared a national plan to reduce the consumption of
energy and increase its efficiency.
The Minister spoke about this draft-law at the Parliamentary Commission of Productive Activities.
Gjiknuri said the plan would start with concrete projects and public buildings. The draft-law has been planned with assistance from the community of energy, EU and Albanian specialists.
