The Democratic Party declared that Durim Bami, the key witness in the
accusations of Tom Doshi against the Parliament Speaker, is being
tortured at the premises of the State Police for manipulting his
testimony.
“The Democratic Party reports the methods of the state security and the violation of legal procedures that are being used against Durim Bami, the key person in the accusations against the Parliament Speaker. Bami is being held in the secret premises of the Police, without a lawyer and under torture, with the only purpose to manipulate his testimony”, the DP communication says.
The DP declared that these methods are typical to the former communist Security Service, and a maneuver of the gang tat is leading this government, according to them, to escape from the biggest accusation of the past 25 years.
“They are trying to manipulate the witness. Behind this is hiding Edi Rama, same as in the scenario of the murder of the two Mps”, the declaration says.
