The Democratic Party MP, Albana Vokshi, accused PM Edi Rama of giving a 120 million EUR concession to his friend, Vilma Nushi.
Vokshi said that Rama gave Nushi 120 mikllion EUR so that the population form 40 to 65 years of agem makes a medical exam.
“The reality is that Rama’s friend has taken the money beforehand, and she has examined only 10% of the citizens, all done with the staff and equipments of public health centers. The public staff works 3-4 hours a day for Vilma Nushi, without any bonus”, Vokshi declared.
She underlined that the concessionary should have opened 18 labs so far, but she has opened only 3. The 15 others have only the name registered, because the tests are brought to Tirana.
“The Prime Minister’s friend plays only as a taxi. She even uses her tobacco vehicles, her primary business. Edi Rama gave 120 million EUR to his friend so that after she distributes cigarettes throughout Albania, she can also take the samples left waiting for hours, which damages the quality of the tests and that often are mistaken”, the Democratic Party MP said.
She underlined this is a scandalous chaos that not only does not serve to citizens, but it is also a huge danger for their health.
