The Democratic Party published a video in which, according to them, are
seen the Commissioners of the Socialist Party and the Socialist Movement
for Integration while filling the boxes with fictive ballots while the
DP commissioners were left outside by force. The DP says the box had 388
ballots inside, when only 377 persons voted in total.
The Democratic Party MP underlined that the left coalition has tried the same efforts for their candidates in Shkoder, by giving 331 votes to Keti Bazhdari.
Halimi appealed the OSCE/ODIHR mission to take in consideration this evidence introduced by the opposition and mention it in the final report.
