The Democratic Party MP, Astrit Patozi, accused the government and said
it is “dead” because it has failed. “There cannot be a government and
mafia, a government and corruption at the same place. This government
has died because they turned Albania into a ridiculous country”, Patozi
declared.

He referred to the warning of Spartak Braho, for a plot against the Parliament Speaker and that according to him would destabilize the country.

“The Chairman of the Security Commission warned a destabilization of the country. If this was true, the hell with stability, if the country was in the hands of Tom Doshi and Dritan Prifti”, Patozi said.

“This government keeps making the situation more difficult because they damage the budget finances. We cannot leave our country on the hands of Edi Rama and Ilir Meta”, Patozi declared.

On the other hand, he underlined, the DP must make it clear to citizens that we will not run the govern like them for a single day.

Prime Minister Rama answered and considered their stance as unreal, by quoting the reports of Standards and Poor’s and of the World Bank.

“Standards and Poors say that if we keep this pace, the rating will increase in the next months. They say the government reforms have brought tangible results. The efforts on energy are considered successful”, Rama asid.

According to him, this is the difference between the current and past governments, during which there was an increased poverty, including extreme poverty.

“Referring to Albania, the World Bank says: “The Albanian economy kept growing in 2015, supported by private investments and net exports. The report says that private investments will keep be a main contributor in the GDP. The report says that the trade deficit was cut thanks to the raise of exports and lower imports”, according to Rama.

According to him, this is the start of the change of the economic model.

“We are going from one destroyed economic model, to another one that offers real employment”, Rama declared.
