The head of the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group, Edi Paloka,
reiterated his accusations against Prime Minister Rama, saying that he
has promoted people with criminal convictions in the public
administration.
Paloka referred to a 2010 news article of an Italian newspaper, which, according to him, shows the involvement of the Socialist Party candidate for the Municipality of Kruja, Artur Bushi, in the drug traffic. Paloka adds that with Bushi, Rama has decided to go against decriminalization.
“He will not be able to go against the citizens, the international partners, the opposition and the need of our times. The time of justice is coming. The decriminalization will be done by the citizens of Kruja, by refusing the trafficker and by electing the new offer”, Paloka added.
SP reacts: Bushi has not been convicted in Italy
The Socialist Party published a document of the Italian Ministry of Justice, which shows that Bushi has not been convicted in Italy.
“This is another slander from the DP. The Italian institutions have given Bushi a certification from the Ministry of Justice, which writes that he has never been convicted in Italy”, declared MP Ulsi Manja.
