DP: Rama, hundreds of millions for November celebrations

The Democratic Party accused the government of spending hundreds of
millions for the celebrations and decorations of the November holidays.
Reila Bozdo, coordinator at the Democratic Party, declared that the DP is concerned about the spending for the holiday, when part of the population lives in poverty.
“Living in a parallel world and without any communication with the difficult life of the citizens, Edi Rama has generously paid hundreds of millions for concerts, medals and money that go to the firms created by his Ministers or closest staff. While Rama organizes feasts for his government celebrations, the media discovered that a 17-year-old was arrested in Puka because she has brothers and sisters to feed and because she cannot live any longer in darkness and because she doesn’t have 1000 ALL to pay for electricity. The crazy government spending come in a time when the budget cuts funds for the poor, farmers, health and education. The government will spend even more like this, because this is what Edi Rama has planned with the new budget. Exactly for this arrogance, Albania is in protest, and there will be protests until this evil stops”, Bozdo declared.
