The Democratic Party reported a tender for which they accused the
government of making luxury spending while being in an economic crisis.
Edmond Spaho declared that the government cabinet is buying luxury “Jaguar” vehicles, but he did not present any fact. One day later, MP Albana Vokshi appeared with concrete names.
“This affair shows that Edi Rama has decided to buy the expensive cars from his friend, Agron Papuli”, Vokshi declared.
Vokshi presented a document, saying that it specifies the brand of the vehicle and the place where it should be bought, and that is Agron Papuli, according to her, a friend of PM Edi Rama.
The opposition say this is the unique case in the world when the Prime Minister decides the brand and the shop o a vehicle. She appealed for stopping the “gang of thieves who are making Albanians poor”.
