The Democratic Party did not withdraw from its stance for the justice
reform. The Democratic MP, Oerd Bylykbashi, said that now it is up to
the majority to say their last word.
“The four collegial institutions should be established so that the representation of the opposition is guaranteed. This is what we have been requesting, nothing more, nothing less”, Bylykbashi declared.
He added that the commission cannot pass the draft in principle or article by article because it would go against the constitution and the ongoing negotiations.
