The Democratic Party declared through MP Gent Strazimiri that the
government list with judges and prosecutors that have released criminals
unjustly is missing the names of prosecutors and judges that removed
the trial against Arben Frroku, the MP of the Socialist Party, and those
who released the other MP, Armando Prenga.
“Even if the government or the Interior Minister were not the authority that supervises courts and the prosecution, even if ths was not a constitutional scandal, the list of cases and individuals who concern the government is not the one that terrifies the public opinion and its citizens.
