The Democratic Party has filed two reports against the government at the Constitutional Court.
The report is against the Parliament’s decision to create the Parliamentary Commission for investigating the cloning of the Tax Office data, and the legal efforts to fire the head of the High Inspectorate of Declaration and Audit of Assets.
The Democratic Party handed over the requests at the Constitutional Court. One of the requests is to declare illegal what they consider an open attack against the independent institution, the High Inspectorate of Declaration and Audit of Assets, and the illegal efforts for firing the head of this institution.
“Rama and Meta are trying to take this independent institution under control, so that they can hide their illegal assets and their corruptive affairs. The Democratic Party declares as anti-constitutional the majority’s decision to reject the opposition’s request for establishing a Parliamentary investigation inspectorate, regarding the illegal intervention of the Prime Minister’s people in the computer system of the Tax Directory, and the disappearance of illions of declarations of the tax subjects”, declared the Democratic Party Parliament Member, Oerd Bylykbashi.
