The Democratic Party MP, Oerd Bylykbashi, said that a criminal mechanism has purchased votes in Dibra.
“The cases published by ‘Fiks Fare’ and ‘News24’ show that a well-organized criminal mechanism is operating in Dibra, with a specific fund for buying votes”, Bylykbashi declared.
The Democratic Party MP underlined that Dibra Municipality high-rank officials, such as the Chief Councillor of the Municipality and Muharrem Rama’s brothers were caught on video committing an electoral crime.
According to Bylykbashi, the Socialists knew how many votes they had received, based on how much they had paid.
“This is why they didn’t make any campaign. This is why their candidate refused to confront ours and never spoke during the campaign. This is why they didn’t have a platform”, Bylykbashi declared.
He appealed the Prosecution to start investigations and warned that “total war with the cartels of drug, crime and corruption has just started”.
