The Democratic Party declared once again that the new government has
recruited public administration employees who have ties with crime.
The Democratic Party Spokesperson, Laura Vorpsi, maked the Albanian Prime Minister responsible for the entering of the organized crime in institutions.
“He is hiring mafia leaders as directors of institutions. Drug traffickers have taken the public administration and the top places of the power”, Vorpsi declared.
Vorpsi referred to the appointing of a person that according to her has led a criminal organization and has kidnapped the daughter of a businessman.
“The only one responsible for this is Edi Rama. While this is happening, Rama is hiding behind the media outlets and passes his weekends abroad. Surrounded by criminals and having their support in this campaign, Rama is being confirmed each day more as the godfather of this mafia network”, Vorpsi declared.

The vice leader of the Socialist Movement for Integration, Petrit Vasili, deeclared that the establishing of an investigative commission for the appointing of new people in the public administration should be based on strong evidence, and not just futile political accusations.
According to him, the Socialist Movement for Integration says that the commission should be there not just for making accusations, but to shed light on the phenomenon.
“We need to treat this problem. We have an objective ahead. Our opinion is that the investigation should be extended and reach a founded conclusion”, Vasili declared.
