The Democratic Party started reporting another case they call
corruptive, this time with the ALUIZNI (Agency for legalization,
urbanization and integration of illegal property).

“We made public the Lame-Rama affair of 600.000 USD for terrain measurements in Durres. The total value that Rama and Lame are sharing today are being shown today, together with the corruptive procedures that are not implemented even in the most corrupted countries of the world. The money laundering affair for the purchase of a product that ALUIZNI doesn’t have, for Shkoder, Fier, Elbasan, Tirana 1, Tirana 2, Tirana 5, goes more than 1.1 billion ALL. The total value of this money, together with the 650 million ALL affair of Durres that was reported today, mounts up to 1.75 billion ALL, or 1.5 million USD”, Pelinku declared.
According to the opposition, the measurements in these areas have already been made and saved on the servers of ALUIZNI.
The Democratic Party asked the Prosecution to start investigating this report and show how and from who were the tender procedures realized. The opposition say the person hiding behind this is the husband of the ALUIZNI Director of Supportive Services.
“Mrs.Dervishaj is the person who planned the teder reference terms, the qualifying and exclusive criteria, and the tender is won by her husband, Mr.Dervishaj. For Mr.Rama and Mr.Lame, there is nothing irregular here. But for every Albanian this sounds like a robbery and sharing of the money between Rama, Lame and the people close to them. Rama’s and Lame’s people decided for the criteria and to give the tender to her husband”, the opposition says.
According to the DP, there is strong evidence showing the corruption at the legalization agency.
