The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, criticized the government for
cutting the budget of 2015 through a normative act. The cut will be
16.3 billion ALL, to keep the deficit unchanged.
“Rama and Meta cut 960 million ALL from the salaries of teachers, doctors, nurses, military, police and all public administration staff. They cut the social welfare for the unemployed, crediting for energy, investments in aqueducts and canalization, investments in education, irrigation and drainage. They are stealing our taxes and cutting funds for citizens”, Basha wrote on Facebook.
