The Democratic Party continued its accusations against the Minister of Interior, Saimir Tahiri.
The Head of the Democratic Party Department for Order and Security, Enkelejd Alibeaj, said that as long as Tahiri is Minister of Interior, gangs will still be in power.
“Drugs move everywhere and crimes have a license. Tahiri must leave, because he is the shame of the Albanian people, the most criminal image of an Interior Minister for the past 25 years”, Alibeaj said.
Only an incriminated Prime Minister would challenge his citizens and not discharge this Minister, Alibeaj continued.
“What knows Tahiri about Rama, that he cannot fire him, although it has been proven that he is the guarantee for the most dangerous drug traffic gangs in Albania, Balkan and even further? A series of events have shown that Albania has had an incriminated Minister who mediates between drug traffics and other crimes. The most dangerous criminals have had one key political tie, directly with the Interior Minister”, he said.
