The Democratic Party considers the agreement between the Prosecution General and Interior Ministry as illegal and serving to crime.
“A cooperation agreement was signed today between the Prosecution and Police. This was an agreement between Edi Rama and the Prosecution”, Alibeaj said, adding that now Edi Rama has a private Prosecution.
Gazmend Bardhi from the Democratic Party said that the agreement will have an opposite effect of what has been decelared.
“This agreement serves them to avoid criminal responsibility for corrupted officials, especially dangerous criminal groups, because investigations started based on this agreement are nullified in court”, he added.
