DP after EU Ambassador’s declaration: “Finally, truth about cannabis”

The Democratic Party greeted the declaration of the US Ambassador,
Romana Vlahutin, who said that fight against cannabis was also part EU
accession conditions.
“The Ambassador finally told Albanians the truth which Democratic Party leader Lulzim Basha and the DP have reiterated each day for the past there years: negotiations cannot start without stopping cannabis”, the press release declares.
For the DP, this means that the European integration process is being withheld by Edi Rama himself.
“Unfortunately, by appointing Gramoz Ruci as Speaker and Fatmir Xhafaj as Minister of Interior, Rama reconfirmed his support to drug and crime. There is only one option for our European future: we must all come together against drug and crime”, the Democratic Party declared.
