The General Chief of Police, Artan Didi, reacted after a Democratic
Party Parliament Member declared that the declarations of him and the
Minister of Interior, Saimir Tahiri, contradict each other, since the
first one denied having knowledge about the event and the second
confirmed the opposite.
The General Chief of Police says that he has never released any declaration about this case. The question made to him by a journalist on the phone, according to Didi, waqs if he had met in his office with Tom Doshi and the suspected killer, and Didi has answered simply with “no”. According to him, this has been misunderstood by the media and the Democratic Party.
