One day after the Tirana Prosecution started verifying the Democratic Party contract with several lobbying companies in the USA; Socialists ask Lulzim Basha to answer for the undeclared financial source.
The Parliament Speaker, Taulant Balla, appealed the Chairman of the Central Election Commission, Klement Zguri, to no register additional declarations from the Democratic Party, because that would be a severe crime of falsification.
Zguri was appointed CEC Chairman from the Democratic Party, after an agreement they had with the Socialist before the June 25th elections. The SP is now reviewing legal procedures to fire him.
Basha also asked the Democratic Party to explain their relations with the Biniatta Trade LP Company, which is registered in Belize, a Central American state known as a fiscal paradise.
The Democratic Party reacted by saying that their lobbying contracts are public documents, filed at the US Justice Departments, which were audited by the American authorities.
The DP answered back and accused the former Deputy Interior Minsiter, Elona Gjebrea, saying that she has been travelling several times with the vehicle of the Habilaj gang. For DP, it is time for Elona Gjebrea to cooperate with the judiciary.
