While the Traffic Police has started a campaign against offenders, most
of them address to the Administrative Court only when their license is
suspended.
More than 4000 citizens were fined recently, but none of them has opposed the fine legally.
Half of those whose license is suspended go to the Administrative Court of Tirana. The most common complaint is that they were not aware of the newly established traffic signs, while others deny they were drunk.
300 requests have been made so far for running red lights, but most of them were rejected, because drivers had signed the fine in the first place.
