Two people wre killed last night in the Ura e Tapizws area, Fushe Kruje.
The victims are Gjin Nika, 35, resident of Bulqize; and Fabio Xhunga,
33, resident of Kamza.
The police declared that the victims have been shot by automatic fire weapon at 23:35, while riding a motorcycle at the Tirana-Fushe Kruja road. The killers have followed Nika’s and Xhunga’s movements and shot them, causing their immediate death.
“Based on preliminary investigation and evidence, the murder could be related to conflicts Nika had due to his prior crimes. Nika was arrested by the Tirana Police on january 21st, 2014, suspected for the murder attempt of D.K, and also as a suspect for the murder of Hasan Talja on January 17th. The Police is making a very serious investigation. 21 citizens have been interviewed this Friday, and we are working to gather information”, declared Jaeld Cela, vice Director of the Durres Police.
In January he was arrested by the Tirana Police for the murder of Hasan Talja. He was one of the suspects for another crime, which involved people who manage the chrome mines in Bulqiza.
A few days later he was set free by the Court, while the Interior Ministry, based on this case and on several others, has raised the concern that the Courts are freeing dangerous people with criminal history after they are arrested by the police.
