The lawyers of Frroku and Doshi say the Prosecution is abusing by
banning them from continuing their duty in Parliament. According to the
lawyers, the Supreme Court has not given a final measure that can stop
them from continuing their job.
The lawyers bring to attention the Greek practice.
“There are several Greek MPs who are being held for the investigations, and they are accompanied to the Parliament by police officers. We have made a request at the Constitutional Court for considering this decision as anti-constitutional”, declared Saimir Visha, the lawyer of Mark Frroku.
“The first step is to appeal this at the Constitutional Court. We also want a lighter measure”{, declared the lawyer of Tom Doshi, Vladimir Meci.
