The US Ambassador, Donald Lu, visited the new studio complex of Top Channel and met with the leaders of the main TV programs.
In this first visit, Ambassador Lu visitedb the studios of programs such as “Portokalli”, “E Diell”, political shows like “Top Story” and “Shqip”, and “Fiks Fare”, where he met part of the staff.
Besides the new studios of the shows, the Ambassador has also visited the new offices of the new building, now completely finalized.
The Ambassador valued the investment made in an important media such as Top Channel, and was updated in details by journalists and directors about the daily work in the TV.
In the first meeting with them, Ambassador Lu discussed about issues that are directly related to the big role that the media has in Albania, all the processes that the country is undergoing, the improvement of standards and approaching of Albania with the EU. During this meeting they also discussed about recent actualities.
By the end, the Ambassador thanked the leaders of Top Channel for receiving him and for the introduction, and promised to return again.
