Donald Lou, new US Ambassador to Tirana

The United States Ambassador to Tirana, Alexander Arvizu, will end his
mandate by the end of July or during the first days of August, when he
will leave Albania.

Mr.Arvizu will be replaced by Donald Lou, who currently serves as Ambassador in New Delhi, India. Lou will represent the United States of America in Albania after Mr. Alexander Arvizu.

Alexander Arvizu started his mandate in Albania in 2010, replacing Mr.John Withers.
