The director of the CEZ Administration, Sahit Dollapi, declared that the
Albanian capital will have no lack of power supply, after the
completion of the new power station of Farka.
Dollapi underlined that this is the first investment made with the revenues of CEZ since 2004, and will be completed within September.
“This investment will not only resolve the power supply problem for Farka, Lundra and other areas, but it is very important for the city of Tirana. This power station will enable the connection between the Selita, Uzina Traktori and Farka stations, which will make possible that for every defect the time that Tirana will be in a blackout will be very short”, Dollapi declared.
When asked by the media about his post, now that the Socialist Party is in power, the CEZ director declared that he has not been fired and doesn’t intend to resign, but he will keep working for the foreseen investments.
