Doctor and middle man arrested

Ilir Broqi, head of the surgery activity at the Tirana University
Hospital Center, was arrested today together with Arben Doda, who
servved as his middle man. Doda, a former security officer at the
Hospital, is suspected of taking 15.000 to 17.000 ALL from citizens for a
general scan.

The Tirana Police declared that they observed the duo for more than one month, and then continued with the arrest.
