Divjaka suspects remain in prison

The Court of Serious crimes gave prison for Saimir Bajrami and Giorgio Riformato, both accused of drug traffic in cooperation.
The decision came after the request made by the Prosecutor, Doloreza Musabelliu, who said that Bajrami has tried to traffic a cannabis sativa which he bought in Kruja in cooperation with Roformato and other people who are being investigated.
Bajrami told the court that he stands to his declaration, although his lawyer declared that the client suffers of mental problems, because it is impossible for a person to give as many details as Bajrami gave.
Riformato said that he doesn’t know Saimir Bajrami, although the Prosecution has a video of his meeting moment at a hotel close to the Prosecution General.
The pilot insists that he had arrived in Albania for tourist reasons, and that on May 10th he had started a panorama tour, but a sudden problem made him apply an emergency landing in Divjaka.
His lawyer, Arben Peci, declared that everything is being investigated and it will be verified in other circumstances.
