A western diplomat compares the Albanian elections to the movies of
Quentin Tarantinos, where a group of people point guns to each other.
“If half of what we are hearing is true, this means that there is a wide campaign to oblige people vote a specific party”, the diplomat says, quoted by Reuters. “Naturally, this is concerning”.
“The ballot counting process is visibly on the hands of both sides”, declared the western diplomat.
“No one can pretend that the Albanian system guarantees free and fair elections. It is a deeply damaged system”.
