The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, held hearing sessions in which
Dibra citizens gave their suggestions about what they need mostly from
government projects.
Based on this report, bad road infrastructure at the Peshkopia-Tirana area is the main current concern of Dibra citizens.
The second biggest problem is the lack of tap water in several municipalities, such as Klos, Diber, Burrel and Bulqize.
Citizens also expressed the need of irrigation systems, investements on rural roads, problems with land property ownership, etc.
There are complaints about absence of specialist doctors in regional and municipal hospitals, and problems with sewage waters and canalization.
Another problem is related to politicization of public administration and obstacles brought by the coalitions with the SMI and PJIU, as well as unemployment..The list also has requests for a restructuring of the Socialist Party
The Albanian Prime Minister said that these problems will turn into a priority for the next term.
