The Permet Prosecutor’s Office is preparing the imprisonment requests for the first three detainees of the ‘Mezhgorani’ operation, including journalist and publisher Henri Çili and lawyer Ilir Korbi.

Çili has reportedly denied being involved in anything suspected of, refusing to accept influencing the Supreme Court in reviewing the Arbjon Aliko convict’s file within the first 50.

Henri Çili has reportedly stated that he has committed no offense and that everything is entirely manipulated. “These will be opposed by me at the right time,” he has added.

But the prosecution believes that Çili fell into the phone interceptions while communicating with brother-in-law Gazmir Ajdini, who in turn spoke with the Breza brothers. These latter had escaped an anti-drug raid on Oct. 31, where 68 kg of hashish had been seized and asked Aydin to provide logistical support for his moves.

According to the prosecution, Çili appears in an tapping episode talking to Gazmir Aydin on the phone and saying “Ok”, refering to the request to a justice official to try the criminal file of Arbjon Aliko within the first 50.
