Destroyed roads in Pogradec

More than 25 kilometers of road, from Lin to the exit of Pogradec, has
been damaged not only because the consumption, but also due to the delay
of repair works for several years.

The road on this side of the lake should have ended years ago, but nothing has been done and tourism has been damaged. This is noted even by representatives of the Pogradec Municipality.

Drivers say that the works in this part of the road have been neglected for five years. “The road is the same as it was. Nothing has been done”.

The town’s outer ring, part of the national axes where many heavy vehicles come each day from Greece is also very damaged.

Travels last longer due to the damages, and the lack of the safety elements makes holiday makers to avoid Pogradec, a town that tries to fight poverty through tourism.
