Deputy PMs from Kosovo in Rama’s government receive Albanian passports

Three months after being appointed Deputy Ministers of the Rama government, three Kosovo Albanians have officially received the Albanian citizenship this Friday.

President Ilir Meta decreed the Albanian citizenship for Besa Shahini, Hajrulla Ceko and Valbona Shujaku.

Valbona Shujaku is Deputy Prime Minister of Culture. She has been Director of the Culture Department at the Prishtina Commune.

Hajrulla Ceko is Deputy Prime Minister of Environment and Tourism. He used to be Director of the “Ec Ma Ndryshe” organization in Kosovo.

Besa Shahini will be Deputy Prime Minister for Education. She is an analyst and scholar of European Integration matters and education policies.
