Deputy PM Mesi in Montenegro, meets Montenegrin PM and Serbian counterpart

The Albanian Deputy Prime Minister, Senida Mesi, attended the Western Balkan Economic Conference, organized this Thursday in Budva, Montenegro, by the Montenegrin government and Chamber of Commerce.

Mesi underlined the importance of cooperation and synergy, regardless of the challenges that each Balkan state could have.

She spoke about the progress Albania has made and underlined that the government remains completely engaged to fulfill priorities for this major goal.

In her meeting with the Montenegrin Prime Minister, Mesi underlined the determination of the Albanian government to deepen cooperation in trade and economy.

With her Serbian counterpart, Mesi discussed the mutual relations and progress thanks to bilateral understanding. She underlined the need of a concrete trade agenda in various sectors, such as trade, tourism, energy, transportation, etc.
