Demolished earthquake-damaged residential building in Durres

After the heavy damage caused by the November 26th earthquake, the demolition with a controlled explosion turned the palace on Dyrrah Boulevard into a pile of building waste.

Immediately after the explosion, firefighters were engaged, while citizens and entities rushed to see the consequences of the explosion around the collapsed building.

It is reported that the glass panels of the buildings on the other side of the road were broken.

On the six-storey building on Durrës Boulevard, 300 (holes) were opened, which were filled with C4 explosive.
