Democratic Party technical ministers raise fees for bailiff services

The Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Finances, both led by
technical Ministers of the Democratic Party, have issued orders for
raising bailiff service fees throughout the country.

The Ministry of Justice explains that these orders were obligatory, due to the deadlines foreseen by the law, one month after it entered in effect.

But the same ministry also says that the instructions in question were a practice passed on by former Ministers and went through a detailed consulting process.
