Mihal Delijorgji refused to be interrogated as a defendant for the
“Gerdeci” trial, but he gave a declaration about his position in
“Albademil” company, which is the subject sued by the prosecution.

One of the prosecutors, Mirjeta Zaimi, declared that their questions should be addressed to Delijorgji as a defendant, not as in the last session, when the court decided that Delijorgji should be interrogated not only as an individual, but also as representative of “Albademil”.

This decision was made because it conflicts with the law of the criminal responsibility, in the case when he speaks as defendant and as representative. Judge Ridvan Hado supported the prosecution’s demand and declared that the decision for addressing Delijorgji with both statuses was an error of the judge panel. For this reason he will be interrogated as a defendant, as the judge said.

At this point, Delijorgji consulted his lawyers and refused to answer as a defendant. He agreed to speak as a representative of “Albademil”. In this declaration, Delijorgji declared that he is co-administrator with Patrick Henry, covering the financial part, while Patrick treated the technical side and that of the security. Delijorgji added that this could be easily verified by the documentation, such as the payment records for the gun powder sale.

As for the transportation of the powder, according to Delijorgji, there is no bank trasnfer from the Belgian company which used to sell it on SAC’s behalf. Delijorgji declard that he had met Patrick Henry one day before the tragedy of March 15th. According to him, Patrick Henry had said in this meeting that he had booked an Israeli boat for transporting the 700 tons of gun powder that was collected in Gerdec. Patrick had said that he had financial problems and had asked 200 tons of brass that he would use to pay the shipment.

“For this reason, Patrick gave me his account number, to sell this quantity of brass for paying the ship that would transport the gun powder.”
