The Minister of Defense, Olta Xhacka, declared for the media that the weather situation will continue the same in the next 24 hours.
She declared that the most affected districts are Shkodra, Kukes, korca, Gjirokastra, Dibra and Elbasan.
“National roads are free for travel, except for the Uji I Ftohte, which is temporarily blocked. There are more than 2000 agents and operatives helping from the Police, Armed Forces, The Energy Distribution and the Health Ministry. The helicopters are on stand-by for any intervention”, Xhacka declared.
